1/ Request general authorisation from the municipal press department:

Please specify:
- the full contact details of the production company;
- the locations (listing of streets and squares) with the corresponding dates and times;
- a description of the scenes to be filmed;
- the equipment to be used;
- the number of people involved.
2/ If necessary, submit a request to each department concerned by the filming:

- For the streets and squares of Lyon, contact the City of Lyon Temporary Occupation of Public Space Department, Events Division (OTEP) at: [email protected]
Any request concerning public spaces: via the OTEP website with copy to Brigitte Rampon-roux. - For Les Halles de Lyon, contact Laurence Leger, with copy to the municipal press department.
- For the gardens and parks of Lyon, contact the Biodiversity and Urban Nature Department: Isabelle Forestier, with copy to the municipal press department.
- For the green spaces managed by the Lyon metropolitan area, such as the Confluence garden, contact Pascal Goubier.
- For private buildings such as Fourvière basilica, contact the establishment directly.
