In keeping with the tradition of Les Maquignons, ingredients and produce are sourced with care: the butcher Beauvallet in Ambérieu-en-Bugey, the fishmonger Homards et Acadiens in Villars-les-Dombes, the cheesemaker La Crémerie de Charlie, the market gardener Côté Frais in Corbas, the grocery Chez Brake in Limonest, the dairy BROC in Cotentin, the baker Hénon-Madeleine and the chocolate-maker Valrhona.

Whether it’s robust, fruity, spicy, tannic, mineral or bubbly, fine wine is served for moments of pleasure, with a selection of more than 60 wines for all budgets.

Today, this fine establishment is run by the Brin family: Erwan, Chloé, Marine and their team welcome you!
