Healthy eating at the heart of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu
For several years, the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie, housed within the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, hosted numerous exhibitions on French culinary cultures and the art of living. It can no longer be visited or accessed by the general public.

Headed by the City of Lyon, the Metropole and Region, this innovative project has been supported by all professions in the sector: agriculture, the food-processing industry, the catering trade and hotels, restaurants and tourism.
